Current Operating Model

  • Screen promising host sites before they drift into the wrong design path.
  • Coordinate the early utility, contractor, and partner questions that shape viability.
  • Advance selected projects with co-host and partner structures that can actually scale.

Strong Host Signals

  • Parking or curb-access already exists
  • The site owner can authorize exploration
  • Charging supports a clear tenant, guest, or micromobility need

Best early path

Start with screening, move into partner-backed deployment, then scale only the sites that prove real traction.

The Vision

Jetizon starts with facilitation, not overstatement.

Jetizon's near-term role is to help identify, screen, and advance real charging-site opportunities. Over time, that work is intended to grow into a broader charging ecosystem supported by better site intelligence, stronger host partnerships, and smarter battery-aware infrastructure.

Jetizon is building a disciplined pathway from host-site screening to practical deployment, stronger partnerships, and long-term operating leverage.

Electric Micromobility

Jetizon is focused on practical electric mobility opportunities that connect host sites, charging access, and real-world urban use cases.

Host-Site Development

Jetizon helps property owners, businesses, and host sites evaluate and advance Level 2 and micromobility charging opportunities.

Smart Battery Intelligence

Over time, Jetizon's charging vision is intended to expand into smarter battery-awareness, safety insight, and data-informed charging operations.

Roadmap

How the vision comes to life.

Jetizon is being developed in phases, beginning with brand foundation, followed by pilot deployment and long-term strategic collaborations.

Phase 1

Host-Site Origination

Build the Jetizon intake and screening pipeline, qualify host opportunities, and create a practical path for early charging projects.

Phase 2

Co-Host and Partner Projects

Advance selected sites with installation partners, co-host structures, and staged charging deployments that prove real-world traction.

Phase 3

Broader Charging Ecosystem

Expand from facilitation and partner-led projects toward a broader Jetizon charging ecosystem that can support smarter long-term infrastructure growth.

Preliminary Site Review

A structured first step for host sites exploring charging.

Jetizon helps property owners, businesses, and host sites understand whether a site appears to be a realistic fit for Level 2 or micromobility charging before time and money are spent on the wrong design path.

What We Review

  • Property type, parking layout, and charging goal
  • Site photos and basic electrical visibility
  • Whether the project looks straightforward or more complex
  • Whether contractor, utility, partner, or added approval coordination may be needed

How It Works

  1. 1. Submit site details and photos. Share the address, charging goal, and the basics of the property.
  2. 2. Jetizon performs a preliminary review. We screen for fit, likely electrical practicality, and early complexity triggers.
  3. 3. Receive a recommended next step. That may be contractor review, technical follow-up, more documentation, or pause.

Best Fit Examples

  • Multifamily properties and mixed-use buildings with parking
  • Hotels, garages, lots, and neighborhood host sites
  • Businesses exploring guest, tenant, customer, or micromobility charging

FAQ

Common questions from host sites.

These are the questions Jetizon hears most often from property owners, managers, and businesses exploring charging for the first time.

Do I need an architect or electrical contractor to start?+

Usually, a prospect does not need an architect just to explore the opportunity. Most sites eventually need an electrical contractor for technical review, and more complex projects may also need an engineer or architect later.

How much does a charging station usually cost?+

For many New York style host sites, Level 2 charging often lands around $8,000 to $25,000 per port before incentives. Final cost depends on electrical capacity, trenching, panel upgrades, permits, and site layout.

What kind of ROI should a property expect?+

There is no single average ROI. Utilization is the biggest driver. For a straightforward Level 2 site with incentives and real usage, rough payback is often around 3 to 7 years. Stronger sites can do better, and weak-utilization sites may not justify the project.

Can Jetizon help with incentives and screening?+

Yes. Jetizon can help screen whether a site looks viable, organize intake materials, and identify likely incentive and rebate paths. Final eligibility depends on program rules, utility review, and project details.

How many files can I upload, and what types work best?+

The pre-assessment form currently supports up to 10 files per submission with a 25 MB limit per file through Formspree. Photos and PDFs work best. If you are on a phone, you may need to use multi-select inside the photo picker before tapping done.
